2012/01/12 質問状の回答期限を過ぎても回答の無い神戸市役所にチーム関西の西村氏・荒巻氏が訪問­した。神戸市は遵守事項を盾の撮影の禁止を求めるが、西村氏によって論破される。だが­、市役所側は庁舎利用法第10条を盾に両氏＆カメラの追い出しを強制。ところが、両氏­の訪問は第10条を難なくクリアーしたものだった。
これは職員による「職権乱用」にあたる。この件によって西村氏は市役所職員の私人逮捕­の行動に出る。

今後予想される司法関連費用など財務面で大きな困難を抱えています。
